18/06/15 We help with the Club Car EMEIA Photo Shoot

June 18, 2015

This month has seen us break out our cameras and directors chairs, as we helped organise and arrange Club Cars UK photo shoot. The aim of the project was to showcase Club Cars new Carryall Utility Vehicle range in a variety of applications away from the golf course.

The vehicles which were used at the Ryder Cup last year are already a popular choice as a greenskeeper’s run-around. However, both we and Club Car and can see big potential for these convent low emissions vehicles in a range of other applications. Already in the States company’s such as Disney use hundreds of these vehicles a year as transport for guests, staff and equipment around their large parks. The photo shoot which we helped to arrange was part of Club Cars plan to create a new range of marketing material, specifically to promote utility vehicles in the European market.

In the weeks prior to the shoot we got our heads together to come up with a broad range of locations to use, which would show how versatile the Carryall Utility vehicles are. Club Cars Marketing Manager Mark Messick and Utility Sales Director Dennis de Roos were both flying in from Augusta to help direct the shoot, which made us extra keen to ensure we had some high quality locations arranged.

Our two days shooting saw us travel to a variety of sites including Patrington Haven holiday park just outside of Hull, a Coal Mine in Kellingley, West Yorkshire, and the stunning Olton Hall hotel in Leeds, to name just a few. The shoot on a whole was a great success with even the weather stayed bright and dry for us, which surprised our American colleagues greatly having previously experienced what British summer can feel like.

We plan to utilise the new images in the coming months to update the hire and sales section of our golf and utility vehicles website, alongside creating a new company brochure. The images will also be made available to all other Club Car dealers across the EMEIA area, and we hope they find them as useful as we do.

Andrew Fairnie – Golf Services Manager, The Gleneagles Hotel

Our guests have high expectations when they come to golf at Gleneagles, and the classic aesthetics and high quality finish on the Club Car vehicles have met their needs perfectly.

The GPS system in particular has been very popular – in addition to providing course information, it even allows golfers to email themselves their score card to review at home.

Nick Rushworth – Golf Operations Director, MacDonald Linden Hall

It is a pleasure to work with Carryway, the service and support they provide has been first class. We originally signed up for 14 brand new buggies for one year to sample working with the company.

We were pleased with the service and the product provided and have since signed up for the next few seasons and hopefully with many more to come after that.
